Saturday's @ 0900 - Meet at Montanas (Tillicum Mall) for a group ride
Sunday's @ 0900 - Meet at a location TBD for a group run (often Elk Lake, south parking lot)*
* Sunday's meeting place will be published on this blog the Wednesday before each Sunday run

MARPAC MASTERS INFO

NADEN Pool - 0600 to 0720 every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. No need to know how to flip turn, join this team for great coaches and a great morning workout!!

CRYSTAL Pool – 0600 every Thursday: Show up and tell them you are with the Navy Masters and get into the 50-meter long pool for FREE!! Crystal pool is on Quadra road near Hillside.

OR Don’t forget it you are unsure about joining Masters, Naden pool has open lane swim Tuesday and Thursday mornings as well as every LUNCH 1130 to 1300.
